  • Add sugar, milk and water in a pot and heat over medium heat to create sugar syrup. Bring the syrup to 2.5-thread consistency.
  • Fill the flour mixture with this sugar syrup. For a while, whisk and combine. Put this mixture on a plate that has been coated with ghee.  Sprinkle the cardamom powder, charmagaz seeds, dry fruits of your own choice and honey over the flattened surface.
  • Allow it to cool for five to ten minutes. Simply cut the plate into the desired shapes, warm it over a flame, and remove the pieces. Put it in a container that is airtight. Enjoy this traditional patisa sweet.
